Medic

The Medic is the main class for zombies in Zombie Survival, used exclusively for zombies in PvP and mainly for zombies in PvE as well. Unlike in regular Team Fortress 2 gameplay, the Zombie Survival medic is unable to use their Syringe Gun or Medi-Gun, being restricted to only their melee weapon of choice.

The most common melee weapon of choice for medics is the default Bonesaw or its reskins as a common all-rounder weapon. The Amputator is mainly used for teamplay along with a variety of custom weapons.

In the Classes Swapped custom round, the RED team plays as Medics, but the BLU team remains the Zombie team, with the Medics having to work together to survive zombie Engineers.
