The '''Engineer''' is played by the humans in [[Zombie Survival]], used exclusively for the humans in both [[PvP]] and [[PvE]]. Unlike in regular Team Fortress 2 gameplay, the Zombie Survival Engineer is unable to build Sentry Guns, being restricted to only [[dispenser]]s and [[teleporter]]s.

In the [[Classes Swapped]] custom round, the Engineer is instead played by the [[BLU]] team, who must kill all of the medics on the [[RED]] team.
